Each slab is carefully inspected by our stone specialists before purchase, and real photos of every selected slab are shared with the client before shipment. Any piece that does not meet their expectations can be removed before delivery.

Request for a stone sample the Mot Stone brand
After your initial communication with our sales specialist, you can request a physical stone sample to evaluate the material, color, and texture before placing your order.
Our samples are carefully prepared in a premium case, including small pieces from different stones, allowing you to compare and review the details closely. For specific requirements such as custom finishes, special polishing, or unique dimensions, our team will guide you through the available options and provide the right solution for your project.
Issuance of a proforma invoice and registration of the initial contract
Once your questions are answered or you have reviewed the stone samples, we provide a detailed quotation and prepare a proforma invoice, including the estimated logistics costs.
After your approval, a formal purchase agreement is issued between Mot Stone and the buyer, and a copy is provided to you for full transparency. From this point until your order reaches its destination, our after-sales support remains active, keeping you informed and supported throughout the process.
Coordination with the procurement and logistics department
At Mot Stone, each stone is carefully sourced from trusted suppliers known for providing the best quality of that specific material. We also maintain our own stone inventory, allowing us to keep selected products ready for fast processing and shipment.
When your selected stone is available in stock, the order can be prepared and loaded quickly. For materials that are not currently in our warehouse, sourcing and preparation may take up to one month before shipment.
Stone Finishing and Washing For sending to the customer
Every stone goes through a careful finishing and cleaning process before it is prepared for shipment. From surface finishing and polishing to washing and final inspection, each stage is carried out with high precision and strict attention to quality.
Our team carefully checks the surface, edges, finish, and overall appearance to ensure that every piece meets Mott Stone’s quality standards and is delivered clean, properly finished, and ready for use.

Stone cutting and the proper layout of cut stones
Each stone is precisely cut according to your required dimensions and intended application, whether for flooring, walls, façades, countertops, or other project needs.
After cutting, the pieces are carefully arranged in the correct layout for final inspection and quality control. Photos of the prepared stones are then shared with the customer for approval before the order proceeds to palletizing, packing, and shipment.
Stone assessment and final product selection
Each slab is individually inspected by our stone specialists to ensure quality, consistency, and visual harmony across the entire order. We carefully evaluate the color, pattern, finish, and overall appearance of each piece.
Before loading, photos of every individual slab are sent to the customer for final approval. Only the slabs approved by the customer are included in the order, giving you full control over the final selection before shipment.
Stone palletizing and loading For sending to the customer
Once your stone order is ready, each piece is securely packed and palletized according to the product type and destination. Our logistics team then coordinates the loading and shipment to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
Depending on the destination, project requirements, and customer preference, Mott Stone can arrange transportation by road, air, or rail. The most suitable shipping method is selected in coordination with the client to ensure a smooth delivery process from our facility to the final destination.
Review of the Stone QC Form
At Mot Stone, our stone inspection process is documented through a dedicated Quality Control (QC) Form, covering the key quality checks performed before an order is approved for shipment.
